Originally created for the free art day “Mushroom Drop”, the series has expanded to include many of the mushrooms in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. I choose mushrooms that conjure up a certain personality or attitude and then I create a girl that can portray it. Who could resist the gentle texture and colors of this pretty mushroom?! The cap is peachy/pink while the white stem oozes a yellowish liquid. So adorable and strange at the same time.
