Lucille's Barrel Aged Honey

A half-pound of Lucille's Gourmet Barrel-Aged Honey in a glass jar. We're committed to using recyclable/reusable containers.
We take neutrally flavored raw honey and place it into freshly-emptied, charred American Oak Barrels where it is aged to perfection. The honey darkens in color and takes on smoky flavors with notes of whiskey and vanilla.
