It was The Great Silence of 2020--the isolation that the pandemic forced, the complete upheaval of everything familiar in my life--that revealed myself to me. You'd think it would be a beautiful unfolding, to learn you're an artist, but it has been very dark and very painful to become aware of. I was given a diagnosis of Complex PTSD due to the trauma I have survived in my 40 years of living. The diagnosis was The Master Key to all the questions I have ever had about myself; and my art reveals my answers.
