Deborah Smith- Papermuse

Deborah Smith has a B.A. from San Francisco State University. She is a life long artist with over 20 years experience sculpting in paper mache. She has exhibited in numerous Northern California galleries and other venues and has many years experience teaching, conducting workshops and giving demos. "I believe that the arts are one of the best ways to learn about yourself and to find your way into the mysteries of life."
She is also a singer/songwriter and performs regularly at local open mikes and other events around Olympia. She shows with her husband R. Michael (Stetta) Smith and they live with two cats and a dog who have inspired many of her paintings. She lives in the NE neighborhood up on the hill by the San Francisco Street Bakery.
